22-23 forms for EXISTING ECPS students will be accessible via PowerSchool Parent Portal the FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST! 

 

ONLINE ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Elk City Public Schools is pleased to provide online enrollment for all students. The online student enrollment forms provide a faster and more convenient way for parents to pre-register their child. 

*For parents without access to a computer or unable to access the internet each school has computers available that you can use on-site Tuesday, August 2nd - Thursday, August 4th. 

 

To get started, please carefully choose from the following options:

Log into your Parent Account (if you have more than one student in Elk City Public Schools make sure to click on your returning student's tab at the top left side of the page) then, click on Forms on the left hand side (if you are using a mobile device you will have to expand the toolbar) and complete all of the forms.

These forms do not have to be completed on the same day.  However, information entered will not be saved unless you click the submit button at the bottom of each form. You can ensure you have completed all forms by clicking on Forms on the left hand side and making sure there is a green leaf next to the form name. 

*If you do not have a Parent Account for your returning student or have forgotten your password to your Parent Account, please email registrar@elkcityschools.com or call the school office for help setting this up. 

Elementary - 580-225-7722

Intermediate - 580-225-2687

Middle School - 580-225-5043

High School - 580-225-0105

**Please remember to complete all of the forms for each of your returning students.

After completing the pre-registration on the Enrollment Portal and providing a Proof of Residency to registrar@elkcityschools.com you will receive an email at the email address you provided during pre-registration, be sure to also check your spam. The email will include the Access ID and Access Password to add the student to the Parent Account and the link to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

Create your PowerSchool Parent Account using these detailed instructions.

Once you have logged into your Parent Account then, click on Forms on the left hand side (if you are using a mobile device you will have to expand the toolbar) and complete all of the forms.

After completing the pre-registration on the Enrollment Portal and providing a Proof of Residency to registrar@elkcityschools.com you will receive an email at the email address you provided during pre-registration from the District Registrar, Bobbi Embery. 

Once you have provided the required information and documentation, your student's pre-registration will be approved and you will be able to access your PowerSchool Parent Account and complete the Online Enrollment Forms. 

  

A Proof of Residency must be in the guardians name and can be any of the following:

Rental/Lease Agreement

Mortgage Statement (dated within the past 60 days)

Notarized Letter of Residence (used if you don't have a lease or live with friends or relatives) Include names of all persons living in the household and provide a utility bill in the homeowners name.

Utility Bill - electric, water, gas (dated within the past 60 days - cut-off notices, bank statements credit card bills, and unopened envelopes are not acceptable)

 

PLEASE, make sure the guardians name, address and date are visible on the Proof of Residency.

 

AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE PORTION, YOU STILL MUST ATTEND ENROLLMENT ON THE DATE LISTED BELOW!! 

Please bring with you the Proof of Residency submitted to the Registrar, student's Birth Certificate, student's current Immunization Record, and student's CDIB card, if applicable.

 

 

For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:
1. Current, up-to-date
immunization records or
2. A completed and signed exemption form.
