We were hosts to a VIP today! Mrs. Laurie Ross came to read to Mrs. Gilliland's and Mrs. Ellis's classes. She read "The Monster at the End of This Book", which is a PK favorite--especially because Mrs. Ross does the best Grover impression ever! #FortheBrownandWhite #ReadAcrossAmerica

Ms. C Reyes' first graders took learning outside and turned math into a sunshine adventure! Students rolled a dice to see how many sides their shape would have, then used colorful chalk to draw their 2D creations on the sidewalk.
From triangles to hexagons, the afternoon was filled with bright shapes, big smiles, and lots of counting! Nothing beats learning geometry while soaking up the warmer weather and fresh air. ☀️📐🌈
