Mrs. Jung's west music room had a great first full week! PreK met new friends and 2nd and 3rd played circle games and began reviewing steady beat!
Main idea mystery bag fun in second grade. Four mystery bags had all detail cards and they worked as a team to find out the main idea for each bag.

We are thankful for the professional development opportunity provided to our elementary teachers today! As they spent the day learning from literacy expert Katie Garner, they were immersed in the latest best practices for teaching reading and phonics to our students. Building on the progress already made, the elementary team has continued to incorporate the evidenced-based teaching tool, Secret Stories, into their curriculum over the past few years. We are excited to have our faculty and staff returning to school. Our team has been working diligently to prepare for the upcoming school year, and we are eager to ensure a successful start for everyone. We look forward to a productive and engaging year ahead.
